As a Software Developer, you will join our established in-house development team, working on enterprise-level applications that support critical business operations.
Role Overview:In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and deploying new features while continuously improving existing applications. If you enjoy solving real-world business challenges and seeing the impact of your work, this role offers a fantastic opportunity.You’ll have the opportunity to develop and enhance a range of internal systems, including:Electronic Medical Records (EMR): A cutting-edge system that integrates with advanced diagnostic devices, providing real-time imaging and reports to support clinical decision-making.Call Centre Software: A system for managing patient bookings and customer interactions, including seamless phone system integration.Scheduling & Diary Management: Tools that coordinate clinic appointments and resource allocation across the business.CRM & Contact Management: Platforms to handle patient data, inbound inquiries, and customer engagement.Practice Management System: A suite of tools supporting in-clinic operations.Communication & Engagement Tools: Automated messaging and notifications for patient interactions.Point of Sale (EPOS): Multi-country retail solutions for clinic transactions.Employee & Timekeeping Systems: HR and workforce management tools, including attendance tracking and holiday management.Business Intelligence & Reporting: A comprehensive analytics suite leveraging extensive data across multiple functions.API Development & Integrations: A broad range of APIs connecting internal systems with third-party services, including healthcare providers.
Tech Stack & Tools You’ll Use:Primary Technologies: C# and SQL ServerVersion Control: Git or similarAdditional Tools: WinForms, Entity Framework (EF Core), Agile methodologies
Key Requirements:Strong experience with C# and object-oriented programming (OOP)Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server or MySQL)Familiarity with version control systemsAt least three years of commercial development experience
Nice-to-Haves:Hands-on experience with WinFormsExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
