Job Description

Lead the technical design and development of scalable, high-quality web applications in an Agile environment. Oversee both frontend (React, TypeScript, modern JS libraries) and backend (SpringBoot, Node.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL) components. Convert functional specifications into detailed technical solutions; ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend. Mentor junior developers; ensure best practices, code quality, and continuous technical improvement. Monitor, optimize, and enhance application performance; provide recommendations for improvement. Maintain thorough documentation and provide support for customer inquiries and problem resolution. Manage development tasks for projects of varying size and complexity; contribute significantly to large/complex initiatives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, product managers, and business stakeholders. Stay updated on emerging technologies; research and recommend new tools to enhance development efficiency. Champion Agile practices, lead proofs-of-concept, and develop prototypes for new solutions. Ensure application security through secure coding, OAuth, JWT, and vulnerability assessments. Utilize cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git for development and deployment. Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required: 8+ years full-stack development (React, Node.js, TypeScript, Redux, Java), experience with modern frontend/backend frameworks, Agile methodologies, and version control (Git).
