Job Overview

Payrate: $55.00 – $60.00/ hr.

Qualifications:A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience is required.Strong coding standards and understanding of scalable, high-quality software systemsAbility to think beyond functional code — design for maintainability and edge casesShould be able to clearly show what they’ve delivered each week and, just as importantly, explain how they approached and executed the work — this is critical to earning trust and future flexibility from the teamJava (primary language)AWS services – specifically:DynamoDBS3LambdaSQSSQLBasic web stack knowledge (HTML not required, but useful)The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications.They must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, are able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure.
Preferred coding skills: C/C++ and/or Java. Other desired technical skills include SQL, HTML, UNIX/LINUX.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 – $60.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Fulltime employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
