Accountabilities:

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks with a focus on quality and efficiencyContribute to an automation-first testing strategy and CI/CD pipeline improvementsCollaborate with developers and product experts to identify, report, and resolve bugsWrite and manage detailed test cases and documentation for APIs, user interfaces, and workflowsExecute manual and automated tests to ensure product integrityEnsure high test coverage across complex scientific software platformsSupport release testing and performance validation as neededIdentify opportunities for process improvements and drive testing best practices

Requirements

6+ years of experience in QA/Testing, with at least 4 years in automation testingStrong hands-on experience with Cypress (commands, plugins, debugging, Shadow DOM, React, Page Objects)Proficiency in TypeScript, including interfaces, generics, and asynchronous programmingExperience with API testing, test case design, and test documentationSolid understanding of Git workflows, branching, and tools like JIRA Detail-oriented, autonomous, and methodical in approach to testingBonus: Experience with K6 for performance testing and testing for data integrity during upgrades
