Software Engineer (1-year contract) – REMOTE

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing application services and support the Application Team Lead in delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

Support the Application Team Lead in monitoring team performance and assist in training and developing team members.Assist in planning, organizing, and scheduling activities within the application teams.Help track project status, identify issues, and provide support in resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of application services.Participate in software application implementation, including assisting with design and upgrade schedules.Work with Business Units and collaborate with internal/external teams to assist in developing technology solutions.Contribute to the management of a specific portfolio of applications, focusing on sustainment and enhancements.Support vendor relationship management, including assisting with contract negotiations and performance monitoring.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in application support, systems, or IT operations, preferably in retail, F&B, or hospitality.Basic knowledge of digital systems, including websites and mobile apps, and their integration.Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.Fluent in Chinese and English.
