Job Overview
Responsibilities will include:Development and implementation of the control software for a large satellite constellation in C/C++ for real-time operating systems (RTOS)Analysis and optimization of system performanceIntegration of hardware and software componentsCarrying out software tests and debuggingCreation of technical documentation and specificationsCollaboration with interdisciplinary teams for the development of complex embedded systems
Qualifications required:Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable field of studySeveral years of professional experience in the development of embedded softwareExperience with real-time operating systems, preferably RTEMS or VxWorksVery good knowledge of the programming languages C/C++Experience with microcontroller architectures and hardware interfacesKnowledge in the use of debugging and test toolsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a team and good communication skills in German and English
