As an SQL Developer, you will develop MS-SQL queries and procedures, create custom reports, and modify ERP user forms to enhance organizational productivity. You will also be responsible for designing databases and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer to help expand and enhance our data infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for developing SQL queries, procedures, and custom reports, as well as optimizing database performance. You’ll also collaborate with team members to understand and meet ongoing business reporting needs, designing reliable database solutions that support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain high-quality database solutions to support the organization’s reporting and data needs.Create and optimize SQL queries, procedures, and ETL jobs for improved system performance and reliability.Meet with team to determine requirements, develop specifications, and create new reports and dashboards based on the business’ needs.Conduct research and data analysis to build reporting deliverables that support business decisions.Identify and resolve performance issues in existing SQL queries.Develop scripts and procedures for data migration to ensure smooth data transitions.Prepare and provide scheduled reports for management, maintaining timely and accurate data insights.Assist with data analysis and able to support the team identify trends and patterns from our data, along with implementing tooling to better visualize and interpret the data.
Qualifications
4-5 years of experience as an SQL Developer or in a similar role.Proficiency in MS-SQL and/or with PostgreSQL.Proficiency with cloud technology.Familiarity with BI Tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work effectively within a team.Familiarity with QuickSight a plus.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
