Site Reliability Engineer to elevate the software development infrastructure. In this role, you’ll architect and deliver exceptional solutions for the trading and quantitative development teams, taking full ownership
of mission-critical services. Working primarily in our cloud environment, you’ll leverage cutting-edge technologies including Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices, while overseeing code in either
Python, Java, or Go to build the scalable infrastructure that powers our trading strategies.
Core Responsibilities:
Drive engineering excellence by collaborating closely with leadership, trading teams, and development groupsLead and innovate our Development Experience platform, managing critical infrastructure including source control,
artifact repositories, and delivery systemsProvide expert technical support when needed, strengthening cross-team relationships through effective problem resolutionDesign and implement infrastructure-as-code solutions across
our hybrid cloud and on-premises environmentStrong knowledge sharing through comprehensive documentation and technical trainingDrive technical initiatives while mentoring team members and promoting best practices
Technical and Professional Expertise:
Years of software development in Python, Java, or GoDeep understanding of infrastructure automation using tools like AnsibleExperience working in AWS cloud and on-premises environmentsHands-on
experience with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and infrastructure tools (Terraform)Strong background in CI/CD pipeline architecture and optimizationHistory of building developer productivity tools and
maintaining enterprise-scale solutionsStrategic thinker who balances rapid delivery with sustainable, long-term solutionsPassionate about continuous integration and deployment excellenceSelf-driven learner with strong collaborative
