About the Role:We are looking for a Mid-Level Backend Developer with expertise in NodeJS to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend services for our AI powered software Aerospace and Defense Industry. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and experience working in collaborative, agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using NodeJS.Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Write efficient, reusable, and testable code.Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.Create and maintain APIs (RESTful/GraphQL) to support frontend applications.Troubleshoot and debug applications.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Requirements:4-6 years of professional experience with backend development, specifically with NodeJS.Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming.Experience with RESTful API design and development.Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker).Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of web security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with TypeScript.Knowledge of microservices architecture.Familiarity with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Chai).Understanding of serverless architectures.Experience working in an Agile environment.
