As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building user interfaces and frameworks with a platform mindset, optimizing both frontend and backend components. Deploy new features, ensure reliability, and collaborate across teams, while staying updated on industry trends to adapt practices accordingly. Contributing to architecture, code design, and documentation ensures top-quality software development. Key Job ResponsibilitiesSolve problems of considerable scope and complexityDesigning, coding,debugging and optimizing both frontend and backend components as well as internal tools, such as configuration managementWork closely with project, application, and enterprise architects to develop solutions.Drive the continuous evolution of best practices within the development team.Balance customer and business needs to design, develop, test, and deliver against timelines.Contribute to architecture and code design, estimates, code reviews, and documentation to ensure top quality software.Keeps current with emerging technologies and technological developments within the industry.Remains flexible and responsive to changing priorities and multiple, concurrent responsibilities.Be a talent multiplier that motivates the team around them to excel and perform well.Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in officeImmediate joiner preferred
Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree – Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field1 -3 years of software development experienceApplication development experience with HTML, CSS, Angular 12+,NgRx including JavaScript and write async code (callbacks, promises, async/await,observables) and publish/subscribe/event patterns.Able to define technical solutions that meet business requirements.Good understanding of Microservices architecture.Familiarity with cloud-based CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.Good to know Docker and containerization techniques.Understanding of API design and usage Experience with Unit TestingStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.Good understanding of databases – MongoDB Good understanding of AWS services like Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
