 What You’ll LeadOversee a portfolio of diverse software initiatives, driving the development of full-stack solutions and distributed cloud-based systems.Inspire, coach, and grow a talented group of engineers as you deliver high-impact technology outcomes.Bring a builder’s mindset: experiment with new technologies, stay plugged into tech communities, and encourage innovation across your teams.Partner with product management to align business goals with technical execution, ensuring fast, iterative, and scalable delivery.Occasionally roll up your sleeves to review, evaluate, or contribute directly to codebases when needed.
️ Your Technical ToolkitExpertise in languages like JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, Python, SQL, or Go.Strong experience in containerization and orchestration using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems—preferably AWS, but familiarity with Azure or GCP is also valued.Skilled with both relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL database technologies.
