Software Engineer – HYBRID

Job Overview

The market leading e-trading platform for fixed income securities is looking for a Senior UI/UX Developer to join them as the sole Architect, Designer and Developer on an entirely greenfield, real-time trading initiative.
This is a strategic hire who will be building a performant, low latency user interface from scratch handling complex real-time trading data. This is an incredibly forward-thinking and tech-driven group who are using modern front-end technologies (Typescript, React, Ag-Grid library, Redux, Figma) in an entirely cloud-native environment.
Required:6+ years’ commercial experience using Typescript/ReactProven experience working in an Agile team and advocating for Test Driven DevelopmentExperience handling real-time streaming dataExcellent communication skillsSTEM University degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics)
Desirable:Exposure to or experience working with AWS
