Job Overview

logoLightFeather is currently seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications that support user accounts, applicant experiences, and various company workflows. This is a long-term project. Successful candidates must thrive in a collaborative team culture.

This Position is Full Time, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable web applications using React, Ruby on Rails, and FormikBuild and maintain form-based web applications to digitize user applications and improve usabilityImplement validation and automation testing using Yup and CypressEnhance UI/UX experiences for user accounts, biometric scheduling, and secure messagingSupport feature rollouts, optimizations, and internal production operations

Required Qualifications and Skills:

US CitizenshipAble to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in ReactStrong knowledge of Formik with Yup validation, Cypress, and API integrationsExperience with GitAbility to troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing codebasesAbility to work as a team playerDetailed documentation skillsExcellent oral and written communicationsStrong customer service/client facing skills

Preferred:

Prior or current security clearance at the Public Trust level or aboveExperience with Ruby on RailsExperience with GraphQL and ReduxExperience working with Docker, Splunk, and cloud-based deploymentExperience with Google Analytics
