About the Company Seeking Sr. Full Stack Developer w/ Node.JS/React experience. 100% remote – Salary = $160-180K plus benefits. US Citizen/GC only at this time.
About the Role Must-Have Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with expertise in:Frontend: React (v18+), Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScriptBackend: Node.js (with Express), MongoDB, and RESTful API developmentCloud: Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, SQS, EC2)Familiarity with modern DevOps practices: Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and version control (Git)Security-conscious mindset: Familiar with security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption (JWT, OAuth, etc.)Strong skills in testing and test-driven development (TDD)Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to architect scalable, maintainable solutionsLeadership: Experience guiding technical decisionsOutstanding communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical team membersA strong drive to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and marketing professionals
Preferred Skills Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like CypressExperience with real-time data applications (Socket.io, WebSockets)Experience with AI tools / OpenAI APIExperience with SCRUM and working on Scrum teams
