Our Software Engineer in Test (SDET) team is actively seeking Software Engineers in Test Interns to join our fast-growing organization. In this role, you will be growing in the development of end-to-end automated tests, automation frameworks, and tools to have robust automated testing pipelines for the Snowflake Data Cloud.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internshipDesired majors: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math, or related fieldRequired coursework: operating systems, programming, software testingRecommended coursework: cloud computing, database systems, or distributed systems Duration: 8-12 weeks recommendedExcellent programming skills in Javascript/TypescriptKnowledge of e2e test automation using tools like Playwright, Cypress, PuppeteerStrong problem solving and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environmentExperience with working as a part of a teamDedication and passion for technology

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN/GAIN:

Collaborate with product management, and other software engineers to deliver new customer-facing features.Experience working with cloud infrastructure, AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud in particular.Experience working with the newest e2e test automation technologies

POSSIBLE TEAMS/WORK FOCUS AREA:

Team: SnowCommand. JS/TS, Playwright, CI/CDe2e test automation, setting up and maintaining test infrastructure and environments
