Job Summary:
As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support our executive search operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient solutions, ensuring an excellent user experience for both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and an ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications to support the company’s digital recruitment initiativesOptimize and maintain existing software systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and securityCollaborate with stakeholders, recruiters, and data analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsImplement API integrations with third-party platforms and internal systemsDevelop user-friendly web applications and tools to enhance candidate tracking and client engagementWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and security vulnerabilitiesStay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the company
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in web and application developmentProficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or RubyExperience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, or Flask)Strong understanding of database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architectureFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the recruitment or HR tech industryKnowledge of AI/ML applications in recruitment technologyFamiliarity with data analytics and reporting toolsExperience with security best practices in software development
