We are looking for a computer science engineer who wants to be on a team that is at the cutting edge of developing and deploying applications to support semiconductor manufacturing and testing in a high availability IT environment.
Responsibilities
Architect, design and develop modern web and rich client applicationsRelease and deploy highly critical software to support a 24×7 production environmentMaintain and enhance existing software applications or adding new functionalities as required.Monitor correctness and performance, focusing on automated and early detection of issuesDefine software requirements working with internal clients from many different departments from manufacturing, chip test, process, equipment and industrial engineering to planning and facilitiesSolve problems working with people from various cultures and several continents

Minimum Requirements
University degree in Computer ScienceExcellent English and German verbal and written language skills (B2 or better)Strong communication and collaboration skillsPassion for delivering high quality resultsAgile and “can do” mindsetAbility to effectively collaborate in virtual teams across several time zones
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Full Stack Web Application Development using ReactJS and Spring BootProven knowledge and skills in Java and Spring programming, Java Swing experience beneficialKnowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM frameworks (MyBatis)Unit and Integration Testing (JUnit)Experience with Git and SCM systems (BitBucket)Familiarity with Linux, its command line and scripting capabilities (bash)Initial experience with containerization (Docker)Knowledge of Python, C++, Data Analytics and Machine Learning is a plus
