What You’ll DoAs a new grad software engineer, you’ll join our small but high-performing engineering team to build and scale the core infrastructure that powers our AI products. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and the founding team on projects that ship fast and make a real impact.
You’ll:Build backend services and APIs for data ingestion, job matching, and user automationWrite Python code to process large-scale datasets (MongoDB, Snowflake, Zilliz)Develop tools that automate and optimize workflows for job seekersCollaborate on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD workflowsAnalyze product usage and improve features based on user feedback and growth data
You Might Be a Good Fit If You…Recently graduated with a CS, EE, Math, or related technical degreeHave solid Python skills and familiarity with SQLAre excited about fast-paced startup environments and building from 0→1Care deeply about user experience and product impactHave some familiarity (or strong interest) in generative AI, cloud infra, or data pipelinesBonus: Internship or project experience using MongoDB, Snowflake, or job-related platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Greenhouse)
