Pallas security is looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our engineering team. As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining our server-side applications and infrastructure.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Backend Developer who is passionate about building scalable and efficient backend systems. You will work closely with our product and frontend teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
– Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs- Participate in code reviews and help maintain code quality- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes- Help manage AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines- Document backend systems and components
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field- Must work on-site, full-time- Strong proficiency in Python programming language- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)- Familiarity with microservices architecture- Experience with monitoring and logging tools- Understanding of security best practices
