What You’ll Work On:Build infra for alpha research, portfolio modelling, and executionDevelop real-time systems, data services, and core libraries used firm-widePartner directly with PMs, traders, and researchers to produce workflowsOptimize performance, throughput, and reliability of critical systemsOwn projects end-to-end from design to deployment
What We’re Looking For:1–5 years of experience in high-performance environments (tech, trading, startup)Strong background in CS and Maths fundamentals and systems designProficient in Python, C++, or JavaBachelor’s in CS, Math, Physics, or related; GPA 3.8+ preferredStrong product sense and interest in solving commercially impactful problemsHigh ownership mindset, thrives in fast-moving teams
