What You’ll DoBuild and scale backend systems that run in containers and power high-frequency data flowsHelp architect a real-time infrastructure with websockets, event queues, and smart cachingOwn end-to-end features — from API design to testing and performance tuningCollaborate with a team that thrives on pushing technical boundariesMove fast without breaking things — we care deeply about reliability
What You Bring3+ years of engineering experience at product-driven companiesFluency in TypeScript/JavaScript, plus solid hands-on experience with one or more of: Go, Rust, Java, C++Deep experience with AWS — you’ve shipped real systems using ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.Experience with real-time architectures — WebSockets, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP), caching layers (Redis, Memcached), and both SQL/NoSQL databasesStrong testing mindset: unit, integration, performance/stress testingBonus: You’ve worked in fintech, high-throughput systems, or have exposure to FIX protocol or WebAssembly
