Software Engineer – ON-SITE

Job Overview

Sterlings is partnered with an Investment Bank as part of their FX Trading team in EMEA, as they look to add a C++ developer to the group.
The opportunity sits within the Bank’s Front Office Technology Group, with a focus on the design and development of a client-facing trading system that focuses on Risk, Analytics, and Pricing.
As a Developer within the group, you will be responsible for the end-to-end SDLC, working in close collaboration with key stakeholders, including Quants and Traders. The team is embarking on several interesting greenfield modernization projects currently, including the engineering of server-based pricing technologies.
Scope to work on an enterprise, global trading platform that is utilised by highly engaged clients.
The Bank operates a 3/4 day in the office policy.
Key skills/experience required:C++ OOP skills on Linux or WindowsGood experience in producing and delivering production-level software in a complex environmentSolid stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Nice to have:PythonTDD and Test AutomationKDBFX or other Asset Class experience
