POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in defining software requirements and engaging in operational and technical projects.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously with minimal supervision, leveraging your exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. A strong background in software development is essential. Your primary objective will be to develop high-quality software solutions that meet user needs and align with the organization’s business goals. This will involve analyzing requirements, designing robust architectures, writing efficient code, and conducting thorough testing.

▪ Location: Hybrid – must work frequently out of our Cary NC office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

▪ Develop high-quality software design and architecture

▪ Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle

▪ Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code

▪ Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting

▪ Review and debug code

▪ Perform validation and verification testing

▪ Create and promote Code Standards

▪ Collaborating with internal teams and clients

▪ Document development phases and monitor systems

▪ Efficiently identify and resolve issues that arise during the design, testing and maintenance processes using problem-solving skills.

▪ Involved in customer solution implementation from design and validation of solutions to customer support issues and services work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Software Engineer Minimum 3 years’ experience in software development Experience using system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks In-depth understanding of coding languages Working knowledge of Java, Angular, SQL and Agile development Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases Excellent analytical skills with problem-solving aptitude Efficient communication skills Ability to work independently Strong organizational skills

Education & Experience

▪ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education

▪ Experience designing, developing, and delivering technology solutions

▪ Experience architecting complex, multi-system solutions
