A YC-backed startup is building multilingual AI voice assistants that make real phone calls, already live in over fifteen languages are looking for a Founding Engineer to help shape the future of human-AI interaction.
What will I be doing?
Building core features end-to-end across the stackWorking on novel AI voice technology with real-world applicationsShipping fast, iterating constantly, and working directly with usersCollaborating closely with the founders (ex-Oxford and MIT) to shape the product and technical visionPlaying a key role in setting the engineering culture and roadmap
What are we looking for?
A builder mindset — someone who loves to prototype, test, and improveSolid full-stack experience (Python, React, and/or Ruby on Rails)Large Language ModelsStrong product sense and interest in talking to usersComfortable with ambiguity and excited about ownershipPassion for AI, voice tech, and solving real-world problems
