Position: IT Engineer Applications – ServiceNow Platform
Job Summary The Application Developer for Service Now will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Service Now solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the Service Now platform, including its application development and workflow configuration capabilities. The individual will work closely with business analysts, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable, and maintainable Service Now applications and processes.
Job Description:Must Have:3+ years of application/software development experience.-along with support and Troubleshooting2 years ServiceNow development experience, with focus on REST integrations and/or platform toolsGood understanding of the ServiceNow platform/automation tools such as Integration Hub.Javascript.
ServiceNow Modules/Application Suites Experience:Candidates should ideally have experience in one or more of the following application suites:ITSM (IT Service Management)SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)VR (Vendor Risk)Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (like HRSD, CSM, etc.) is considered a plus but not mandatory.
