️ What You’ll Be DoingManage a diverse set of full-stack technology projects, leading teams that design and build distributed microservices and scalable platformsMentor engineers across multiple disciplines, fostering technical growth and best practices in software developmentCollaborate closely with digital product managers to turn business needs into powerful digital experiencesAdvocate for emerging technologies, contribute to tech community discussions, and continuously experiment with new toolsContribute to solution architecture, code reviews, and occasional hands-on coding to deliver cloud-first applications
藺 Tech Stack You’ll Work WithProgramming: Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, Go, HTML/CSSCloud Platforms: AWS (primary), GCP or Azure experience a plusDatabases: Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL systemsContainers & Orchestration: Docker, KubernetesAgile Tools: Modern DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
✅ QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field4+ years of professional software engineering experience (post-internship)1+ year of hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
⭐ Bonus Points for:Master’s degree in a technology-related discipline7+ years coding expertise in at least one core language (JavaScript, Java, Python, TypeScript, Go)3+ years working within public cloud platforms (AWS preferred)4+ years of experience using open-source frameworks and technologies1+ year of experience leading or mentoring engineering teams2+ years experience applying Agile delivery methodologies
 CompensationPlano, TX salary range: $175,800 – $200,700 annually (based on skills, experience, and role scope)
