Scope Tickets is looking for a Front-End Developer to help maintain and improve their Next.js-based website and smaller web applications. This short-term contract role (3-6 weeks) will focus on addressing a backlog of cleanup and maintenance tasks left by a previous engineer. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with high-traffic web platforms and custom wireframes.

Responsibilities

Maintain, clean up, and enhance the existing Next.js website and related web applications.Work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Optimize front-end performance for a high-traffic environment.Implement UI updates and improvements based on custom wireframes.Debug and resolve front-end issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Strong experience with Next.js and React.Proven ability to clean up and maintain existing codebases.Experience working with high-traffic web applications.Ability to work independently and efficiently in a short-term contract role.Nice to have: Experience in the ticketing industry or fintech.
