Responsibilities:Provide integration support through Cloud-Based APIs to Business Partners, enabling global user connectivity. Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, collaborating with partner engineering and operations teams, while engaging internal tech teams to resolve challenges. Manage technical relationships with partners, delivering support and addressing service outages.Communicate partner needs to the product team to enhance user experiences with our products.Write production code to improve internal tooling and products, gaining deep engineering insights across various software and platforms. Scale programmes by creating and maintaining documentation that aids partners in integrating with our infrastructure.Provide 24×7 on-call support coverage via a rotation schedule, ensuring availability during working hours and weekends. ⏰Proactively analyse information to identify trends and opportunities, recommending tactical improvements for the overall support experience.Use problem-solving skills to tackle significant business challenges.Frame issues within the team’s broader goals and translate them into actionable insights for impactful business results.Execute independently from end-to-end, using judgement to understand stakeholder impact and communicate proactively.Be recognised as an expert across the global team, coaching peers through projects from problem scoping to execution.Confidently challenge project priorities and directions, identifying areas for re-prioritisation.Make informed decisions based on competing needs and deliver constructive feedback to strengthen team relationships and accelerate project progress. 
Qualifications:Experience as a Support Engineer, Service Engineer, or similar role.Engineering degree or related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in API development on cloud-based infrastructures.Programming experience in Object-Oriented languages like PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React, along with familiarity in SOAP and REST-API technologies.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience in communicating with both technical and business audiences and writing technical documentation.Knowledge of the full web stack, REST API development, and bug management support.Experience building advertisement campaigns on social media.Experience configuring payment products for job advertisements.
