We have a web app we completely built from scratch and set up for Scale, and have a fully operational app that is in the final design stage and will be ready to release to App Store. We are looking for a full stack developer to bring on as a partner to take on and build different systems and operations needed to be able to comfortably handle 1,000 deals a day with less than 50 employees. We have 5 big projects scheduled for expansion plans already but we need to dial in the system we have now and make sure it’s running at full potential before we move forward with something else. There are 5 people on the team right now, a web developer, App engineer, UI/UX person, Operational/outreach person, and myself (the founder)
What we have is extremely unique. If you are looking to be apart of something huge one day, this is your opportunity. 4 of us are working on this app full time, we are looking for a full stack developer that can take this on for atleast 2 hours a day to devote to their role in the company. The more time the better obviously, but we want to be realistic since this is an equity position and not a paid one.
