Job Overview

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Developer (Mid to Senior Level) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, with hands-on experience in Next.js, Node.js, and Python, and familiarity with a range of relational databases. You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable applications, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications.Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for maximum performance.Participate in and lead code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and best practices.Contribute to CI/CD workflows, testing strategies, and deployment processes.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
Required Skills & Experience:3+ years of hands-on experience in software development.Proficiency with Next.js, Node.js, and Python.Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development.Experience working with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and MariaDB.Strong grasp of RESTful API design and integration.Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.Experience with testing frameworks and debugging tools.Ability to write scalable and maintainable code.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Exposure to DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).Knowledge of modern security practices and performance tuning.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
