About the Role:We’re looking for a talented and thoughtful Software Engineer to join our remote team in India. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, designers, and product managers to create software that’s reliable, scalable, and delightful to use. If you enjoy solving complex problems, writing clean code, and learning along the way, you’ll feel right at home here.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
Collaborate with team members across time zones through async communication, video calls, and regular check-ins
Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues when they arise
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of professional software development experience
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Go, Ruby, etc.)
Experience with frameworks like React, Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot is a plus
Familiarity with version control systems (especially Git)
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
Nice to Have:
Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes
Previous experience in a remote-first team is a bonus
