Key Responsibilities

Design and Develop Scalable Systems: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient backend code using Java and Golang to support high-availability systems and critical business processes. Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and solutions. API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs and services that serve internal and external customers. Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases to model, query, and optimize application performance. Code Reviews and Mentoring: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure high code quality and help mentor junior team members. Testing and Debugging: Write unit and integration tests, and debug complex issues across the tech stack. System Integration: Integrate with third-party APIs, internal tools, and services to enhance product functionality and business logic. Performance Tuning: Identify performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and optimize application throughput. Stay Updated: Continuously explore and implement modern development tools, processes, and frameworks to improve productivity and software quality.

Required Skills And Experience

4+ years of professional experience as a backend or full-stack software engineer. Solid experience with Java and Golang in production environments. Proficiency in REST API design and integration. Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. Working knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar is a plus. Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git). Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
