Job Description

Conduct accurate studies and analyses of the organization’s existing systems and software to determine system operations for external use by customers or internal use among employees.Study opportunities that will contribute to improving the effectiveness and quality of work procedures and conduct internal and information systems studies to implement best practices.Contribute to managing partnerships with systems and software development consultants, service providers, and external system and application designers to develop systems and software.Design, develop, program, and select software applications and systems by reviewing test scenarios and data packages.Conduct comprehensive testing of the technical systems to be developed or modified using the specified models.Work to identify technical problems in applications and systems, or problems with hardware and infrastructure elements and their communication methods, user permissions and settings, and determine support needs to submit reports with recommendations.Document technical procedures for technical systems, including operations, and supervise the preparation of user manuals by reviewing detailed design documents for system development.Supervise the quality of service provision in a timely manner to achieve high levels of user satisfaction.Supervise the preparation of user manuals for applications and programs.Prepare and implement user training plans on software and applications and prepare training course evaluation reports.
