Code for a product that makes the world a better place and has a real impact! As a Solution Engineer you will play a crucial role in our technology focused Client Solutions team. In this role you will combine your skills as a fullstack developer with your drive to build relationships with internal teams, where you will help drive impactful solutions and add customizability to the CoachHub platform.

Responsibilities

Build fullstack features across the whole range of CoachHub’s core product and tech-stack.Interact and lead discovery discussions with stakeholders across various departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Software Architects, Engineering, Data, Finance, Behavioral Science, and Legal.Collaborate with your team of solution engineers on larger cross-functional projects.Occasionally own and deliver smaller projects independently.Once you get to know the product better, also pre-sales support as tech advisor.

Skills And Experience

5+ years in Product Development as a software engineer.Passion for web technologies :)Ability to discuss pros/cons/tradeoffs of software design and architecture.Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical people.Readiness to tackle any challenge in any area of our product.Strong communication skills, comfortable leading product discovery discussions.Strong collaborator who enjoys working with other departments to proactively solve problems.You enjoy taking ownership and being proactive.Are passionate about the business and product aspects of software development.Exhibit a growth mindset, adapting to CoachHub’s technology stack and continually improving communication skills.Have professional english proficiency – other languages are welcome too.
