Software Engineer React, TypeScript, C# and AWS required for a Fintech, who specialise in building Digital Wealth Management platforms. With the aim of becoming the UK’s #1 digital financial planning business by 2026.
As a Software Engineer, you will work within a value stream aligned agile cross-discipline engineering squad C#, TypeScript, React and AWS, working with other engineers, SDETs, scrum master and product owner to deliver
customer driven outcomes. Our engineering culture is based on automation and devOps, with a you built it, you run it approach, so you will be expected to take accountability for quality and consider Ops as a first class
concern when designing and building product. You will contribute to building engineering capability, and defining, evolving, and governing engineering standards and principles.The client is entirely in the cloud, with a
greenfield tech stack; taking advantage of powerful commoditised offerings where they can and building bespoke cloud-native solutions which can differentiate them from their competition.
Software React, TypeScript, C# and AWS role is paying up to £85,000 + bonus + benefits.
The firm adopt a Hybrid model.
This Software Engineer React, TypeScript, C# and AWS requirements:
You have worked in agile squads/scrum teams, in organisations with a strong devOps culture, and high levels of automation.You understand the accountabilities
on engineers in a you build it, you run it model, and how to contribute to a devOps culture in support of this.You have a strong background in full-stack software engineering, in which you demonstrated an eagerness to expand
your set of skills and learn new technologies.You have strong hands-on engineering skills in some or all of our core technical stack: React, C#, TypeScript and AWSYou are pro-active in shipping product and responding positively
to feedback from both stakeholders and customers.You take accountability for the quality of your own deliverables and that of the squad, shifting quality control left, and using automation to test quality at every stage
of the SDLC.You have an understanding of the opportunities of cloud computing and how to use it well.You have worked on public-facing systems, and understand how to build them to be secure, scalable and resilient.
