I’m partnering with an exciting cybersecurity startup that’s revolutionising the future of identity security who are looking for a Staff Engineer!
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge company shaping the very core of internet security. You’ll be building a next-gen identity management platform that safeguards both humans and machines across cloud environments. The team is tackling tough challenges in authentication, access control, and threat detection, all with a sharp focus on privacy, speed, and innovation.
The tight-knit team of 11 mainly works with Golang but are open to a skilled backend engineer experienced in any backend tech – whether Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript. Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Azure is essential. They’re also seeking someone with a background in security and a relevant degree.
You’ll be building software that will help:Manage identity risks across multiple providersBuilding and reconciling identity maps covering users, roles, and permissionsTracking and auditing who accessed what and whenCreating alerts for breaches, risks, and misconfigurations

They are looking for someone who is already operating at a Staff or Principal level who has experience in building security software that can do some of the above.
On offer is up to €180,000 and fully remote across Europe, on a B2B basis.
