Position: Staff Ruby EngineerLocation: London Bridge Area (3 days a week in-office)Salary: Up to £120,000 per annumAbout Our Client: Our client is dedicated to driving sustainable change through innovative solutions. As a certified B Corp, they are committed to balancing purpose and profit, ensuring that their business benefits all stakeholders – employees, community, and the environment.Role Overview: As a Staff Ruby Engineer, you will mentor a team of 3 developers and be part of a larger team of 12. You will work closely with the CTO and Head of Engineering to deliver high-quality projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of 3 developers.Develop, test, and maintain Ruby applications.Collaborate with the CTO and Head of Engineering on technical strategies.
The Tech stack includes: Ruby, Rails, Hotwire, Turbo, Stimulus (open to other Frontend technologies), AWS, PostgreSQL, Terraform
