Fully remote across Europe (within a 3 hour time difference of London)Full TimeUp to £120K
Having achieved a lot of initial traction with enterprise-level clients, this London based start-upis looking to scale their platform further. There’s a need to deliver a stable, robust and scalable platform to cope with high levels of concurrent users.They’ve hired a team of exited founders, specialist domain experts and SaaS unicorn founding team members and are now looking for their final Seed-stage team hire: a Staff QA Engineer.
The Role:Serving clients with workforces numbering tens of thousands of users.Act as a technical leader and subject matter expert in quality assurance practices, test automation, and tooling.Identify systemic quality issues and process bottlenecks, proposing and leading initiatives to improve development lifecycle efficiency, test effectiveness, and overall product quality.Pioneer and champion the adoption of new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies.Keep a high bar for technical excellence.Foster a culture of quality.
Experience:You have 5+ years’ experience in software quality assurance.You have deep expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks.You are proficient with modern CI/CD pipelines and understand how to integrate automated testing effectively.You’re comfortable working in a team that deals with ambiguity.You have a track record of technical excellence.Interested in AI.
