Job Overview

logoSwoon is hiring for our client in Chicago, IL. This position can be hybrid based out of their downtown Chicago office or office in Bannockburn, IL. This would require being onsite 4x a week.
This is a 5-month contract opportunity with Benefits – Health, Dental & Vision (50% of premium is covered for contractor).
The ideal candidate enjoys working with data and is comfortable using data analytics and visualization tools. They are a collaborative team player, detail oriented, passionate about delivering quality results, and looking for an opportunity to strengthen their analytic skills.
Responsibilities include:Provides support to our Marketing Operations Sr. Analysts who are responsible for lead enablement, database management, and marketing performance reportingProficient with ETL tools, like Alteryx or SQL, to match, append, or mine data from multiple data sources. Proficient with data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Salesforce, and ExcelFormats data properly to be used in Salesforce.com lead loads and executes lead loads using Data LoaderBuilds reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and Tableau to provide real-time reporting and visualization on Marketing effortsManages Marketing Operations Intake requests, gathers additional information from requestor, routes to appropriateSupports ad hoc analyses for strategic commercial initiatives and GtM effortsPerforms audits on existing reporting logic and workflows to validate accuracy
