The Survey and Data Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in helping school districts effectively interpret data and take actionable steps based on the findings. This role involves guiding school leadership teams through data analysis, facilitating discussions to uncover insights, and developing actionable strategies to drive lasting change. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to foster collaboration and align recommendations with the district’s goals. The Implementation Specialist will also create high-quality materials to support data, survey and impact projects across the Professional Education Services team and will work collaboratively with other client service team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Implementation and Project Execution

Collaborate with districts to analyze quantitative results, such as surveys and analyses of student outcomes ensuring the data is accurately interpreted in the context of their unique challenges and goals.Develop clear, actionable reports and presentations summarizing key insights from survey data.Use data visualization tools to present complex findings in an accessible and engaging way for diverse audiences.

Professional Learning Design and Delivery

Design and deliver professional learning sessions for school district leaders to review quantitative results to identify areas of focus.Facilitate discussions to uncover root causes, establish priorities, and align on next steps based on data analyses.Empower teams to use data as a foundation for informed decision-making.Develop ongoing support models, including coaching, webinars, and resource libraries, to reinforce learning and sustain implementation efforts.Customize professional development to meet the unique needs of schools and districts.Develop frameworks and tools to help districts measure progress and assess the impact of implemented changes.

Material Development

Create high-quality materials that can be utilized with schools and district teams and applied across variety of projects.Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure materials align with district goals, strategic priorities and learning standards.Pilot materials and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.Document implementation processes, strategies, and outcomes to support knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.Create case studies and best-practice guides to showcase the impact of survey-informed initiatives.

Collaboration and Relationship Building

Build strong, collaborative relationships with school and district staff to foster trust and alignment.Serve as a thought partner to leadership teams, offering expert guidance on curriculum and instruction.Work closely with internal teams to refine processes, share insights, and contribute to organizational learning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).3+ years of experience in education, data analysis, or similar role.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in designing and delivering professional learning for educators.Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Proficiency in data analysis tools.Strong ability to interpret and present data in meaningful ways.Familiarity with survey design, survey administration and creating data readouts.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to meet unique client needs.Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and project work.

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 plus Bonus & Benefits
