logoWe have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SAP ABAP developer to join our enthusiastic, diverse, and ambitious group to help make our mission a success. Our main environment is R/3 4.6C
with some finance functionality running on S/4. We have a mid to long term aim to migrate to S/4 HANA cloud.

What you will be doing:You will join a small multi-disciplined SAP team providing much needed experience, building solutions primarily on our customised SAP R3 system.You will be involved in solutions from problem discovery
through to delivery and continued evaluation.You will play a key role in our evolving our SAP landscape.You will actively be learning other SAP technologies to help ensure the small team has resilience and can meet business
needs.You will get to meet and share your experience/knowledge/interests with other members of our small SAP team.You will have the opportunity to contribute to wider product and engineering workshops as we continually strive
to make improvements to our practices.
What you can bring to Yell:Experience of SAP ABAP working in the SAP modules SD, FI, and HR,Solid ABAP experience including debugging, code performance tuning, general troubleshooting
and implementing SAP modifications.Key ABAP skills: OO, ALV, IDOC, ALE, BAPI, User Exits, BADI, Interfaces, RFC & SAP scripts.The understanding of SAP functionality and the integration across modules.Experience of working
in a complicated SAP landscape across R/3 and S/4.Knowledge of Fiori and integration middleware PI, PO and CPI would be beneficial but not essential.Experience with, agile methodologies, Jira, and ConfluenceYou appreciate
the importance of the customer, providing highly valued quality products that are easy to use.You keep up to date with the latest trends in your field and enjoy the opportunity to explore and bring ideas to your teams and
the wider engineering community for consideration.Experience with data migration would be beneficial but not essential.

This is a Hybrid role with 1 / 2days a week in our Reading office with the team initially with the frequency dropping gradually over time and can be discussed at interview stage.
