Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technical Systems Analyst with strong expertise in SQL and a deep understanding of mortgage processes and systems. This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze, design, and optimize technical systems to support mortgage-related operations.Develop, modify, and maintain complex SQL queries, scripts, and databases.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that align with mortgage industry standards.Troubleshoot system issues, ensuring data integrity and system performance.Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and technical processes.Support the integration of new mortgage tools and technologies into existing systems.Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Technical Systems Analyst or similar role.Proficiency in SQL development and optimization (queries, stored procedures, database management).Strong understanding of mortgage processes, including origination, underwriting, servicing, or related areas.Experience with mortgage software platforms (e.g., Encompass, Calyx, or similar) is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience with APIs and system integrations.Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the mortgage industry.
