The IP Routing and Packet Core team is looking for a Telco Cloud Software Development Engineer for our cloud based Telco solutions
IP/Optical Network business group presents Nokia right on top for global leadership in IP and Optical networking providing a comprehensive end-to-end IP Networking portfolio. Powered by breakthrough silicon and software innovations, our products and solutions support an insight-driven, automated model for high-performance networking. They help you embrace cloud, 5G, and Internet of Things (IoT) opportunities by enabling you to build more scalable, secure, and adaptive networks.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Position Description:
you will be analyzing product requirements for Telco Cloud use casesyou will conceive and document functional specifications, software design and addressing the product requirementsyou will be Implementing the design (in Golang), develop-test it and address peer reviewsyou will test-automate the implementation (in python + execution automated through ansible)you will analyze and resolve reported (internally or externally reported) bug reports

Key Skills And Experience

you obtained a Master degree in Computer Science or similaryou have excellent development skills in Golang and/or python (having both is a strong plus)having Kubernetes experience is a strong plusyou have a solid Linux experienceyou have a solid ground knowledge of IP networkingyou are familiar with git / GitHubyou are a quick and passionate learner and love to work in an innovative environment
