In this role, as an Treasury Analyst for CBRE Investment Accounting and Reporting Solutions (‘CBRE IA&R’), you work in a successful and ambitious organization that is leading in the Fund Accounting of Real Estate Funds, Joint Ventures and Separate Accounts. The Analyst, Treasury Bank Account Management is responsible for managing the ongoing bank account management process across multiple clients.The candidate has a collaborative role within the Treasury and Payments team in EMEA and participates in the onboarding of new activities and clients. The candidate is a dynamic and flexible person who can perform tasks independently and work well as part of an international team and environment. Together with the team, she/he will be responsible for maintaining contact with international clients, banks and external service providers in ensuring the accuracy of bank account information and smooth processing of client requests.Within CBRE IA&R, you will be challenged to develop yourself, to extend your knowledge and skills and to further improve and professionalize various processes within the company.
What are going to be your main responsibilities?Coordination of the opening, closing and maintenance of bank accountsSetting up and maintaining required cash management services (including bank connectivity, cross border payments, deposits, sweeps)Maintenance of relationship with international banks, Implementation/maintenance of various banking services/productsResponding to banks’ KYC requirementsParticipation in client meetings related to new and existing contractsActs as administrator on various banking/payment platformsMaintenance of the bank account database in the treasury management systemParticipates in project groups as needed for new initiatives
What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Economics (or equivalent experience may be considered)2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in Treasury or BankingStrong written and verbal communication skills (fluent English a must)Proficient understanding of financial and treasury terminologyResult-oriented with an analytical and problem-solving attitude, looking into detailsAble to set priorities and meet critical deadlinesTeam player with good interpersonal skillsThrives in a high-pace environmentNice to have: Experience with real estate, REITs and real estate investment funds
