Frontend Engineer L2Our client is currently seeking a Front End Engineer II. 100% remote working with great management, lots of opportunity for new development and working with high performing teams. They have legacy apps that run in Ember, but all new development is in React. They look for Engineers with strong fundamentals in JavaScript who can really learn any language and work in a fast paced scrum environment.
Essential Job Functions: Find solutions for bugs Design applications utilizing Ember.js Test for security and improvements Provide support to web development team Validate for compliancy Write clean, reusable code Take part in code reviews Continuously recommend improvements Maintain code libraries Convert mockups into reusable components Write new JavaScript plugins
Requirements: 3+ years experience in front end development with Javascript Ability to code from scratch in JS without relying on frameworksExperience building websites that adhere to mobile-first functionality and fluid layoutsExperience writing clean, reusable, optimized, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience building websites BA or BS degree required
