As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our core user experience, frontend architecture, and future multi-platform desktop applications, working closely with founders, designers, and backend engineers.

What You’ll Do

Develop and enhance Caddi’s core web application, translating complex workflows into intuitive and responsive experiencesHelp define and implement frontend architecture, laying foundations for future multi-platform desktop applications (Windows/macOS)Build and maintain reusable UI components, and actively evolve our design system for scalability and consistencyClosely collaborate with founders, product, design, and backend engineering to optimize product performance and usabilityProactively contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions from an engineering perspective

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience building user-centric web applications, ideally in B2B SaaS environmentsProven ability to translate complex technical workflows into simple, intuitive user interfacesExpertise with modern frontend frameworks (React) and a strong understanding of UI design principlesExcellent collaboration skills, comfortable working closely within cross-functional teams, especially in startup settingsComfortable navigating ambiguity, rapid iteration, and balancing speed with quality
