Your journey will take you through the fascinating world of our department, where you will deal with database administration, server-side applications and networked cloud technology. Your mission: Take control of the evolution of our backend and build the bridge to a seamless connection between people and technology.

Your Tasks:

You develop and implement highly scalable backend systems based on various AWS services You develop CI/CD pipelines for automating test and release processes You implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automatic creation and management of resources You develop test strategies, actively accompany tests, and derive optimization measures to ensure outstanding quality.

Necessary Skills:

Advanced degree in computer science or engineering, ideally with a focus on backend development Solid programming skills in Typescript/Javascript, Python or Java and the willingness to continuously expand your knowledge Good written and spoken German and English skills

Desired Skills:

Experience with AWS, Kubernetes and Docker to develop innovative and scalable solutions Knowledge of deep learning methods in the NLP or computer vision area Analytical thinking and the ability to work independently and autonomously to develop creative solutions

Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly rate for this position is EUR 17.52. From February 2025, the hourly rate for this position will be EUR 18.10.
