Responsibilities
Supporting onboarding activities for our customers, case management and case handlingResolving customer data related cases (checking data, correcting data, validating data, preparing reports, importing data etc.)Aligning internally on customer questions with the other team and company colleaguesGenerating reports from SQL databases and creating queriesPreparing dashboards for customers and for internal purposesWorking with data maintenance, including importing, extracting, correcting and validating dataRecognizing and adopting best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, analysis, validation, and documentationIn-depth working with multiple source data, including extraction, manipulation and modelling
Requirements
Working experience in data extraction, manipulation, modelling and reporting – minimum 2 yearsExcellent Excel skillsAdvanced SQL skillsGood Power Query skillsExperience creating data models, projections, pivot tables from multiple source dataStrong spoken and written English
