Job Overview

Citrix EngineerJoin our team as a Citrix Engineer, where you’ll support a global virtual desktop environment for 150k+ users across 50+ countries. Your expertise will drive the technical delivery, service management, and process automation of our Citrix infrastructure.
Location: Cracow, PolandHybrid work – 1x a week

 Your ResponsibilitiesManage and support Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp environments.Coordinate with external service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.Automate processes to improve operational efficiency and support business requirements.Provide on-call support during nights and weekends as part of a global rotation.Participate in weekend implementations when required.
Your Expertise5+ years of experience with Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp.Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Citrix technologies.Hands-on experience with Netscaler, including firmware upgrades and certificate renewal.Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2012/16/19), VMware ESXi, SQL Database, SAN storage, and networking.Good communication skills for interacting with global stakeholders.
