Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Tableau and SQL (preferably Snowflake). Current project assume creating reports based on patient data, developing internal dashboards for various departments, designing standardized reporting templates for clients, generating reports on demand, and collecting requirements from stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Reports Development: Create detailed and accurate reports based on patient data to support business decision-making. Internal Dashboards Development: Develop and maintain internal dashboards for different departments, including finance, to provide real-time insights and facilitate data-driven strategies. Standardization: Design and implement standardized reporting templates for clients to ensure consistency and reliability in data presentation. On-Demand Reporting: Generate reports on demand based on specific client or internal requests. Requirements Gathering: Collect requirements from stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business needs and objectives. Data Management: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security while handling sensitive patient information. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.

Skills And Qualifications

Technical Skills:Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation. Strong SQL skills, preferably with experience using Snowflake. Experience:2-3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst. Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Soft Skills:Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and provide meaningful insights. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present data findings to non-technical stakeholders. Language Skills: Knowledge of English is a must; knowledge of German would be a plus. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and developing innovative solutions. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
